Subdeacon Yamen Saada

I was born in Homs, Syria, in 1982 and moved to the United States in 2013. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Homs University and another in Theology and Philosophy from Al Hekmeh University in Lebanon, along with a few associate degrees from the U.S. I currently work as an Automation Technician at Honeywell and am married to my wonderful wife, Minerva.

I began serving in the Church at a young age through catechism, choir, and as an altar boy. I was later ordained a Subdeacon in Tartous, Syria, and now serve proudly at Saint Maron Church in Cleveland. My faith has always been the center of my life, and I remain deeply devoted to Christ and to the Maronite Church.
